1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver products across Bangladesh, including:

  • Inside Dhaka City

  • Outside Dhaka / Other Districts

Delivery services are handled by trusted third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and product availability:

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges may vary depending on product weight, size, or special packaging.

  • Any applicable delivery fee will be clearly shown at checkout before confirming your order.


4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (on working days) after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation SMS/email after placing your order.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or courier contact details (if available).


5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

  • If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-delivery may require an additional delivery fee.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most products unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers must check the package upon delivery before making payment.

  • Once payment is completed, returns will follow the Return & Refund Policy.


7. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders (via card, mobile banking, or online gateway):

  • Payment must be confirmed before shipping.

  • Orders will not be dispatched until successful payment verification.


8. Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend customers:

  • Check the package condition before accepting delivery.

  • Report any visible damage or missing items to the delivery agent immediately.

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for any issues.


9. Delays & Responsibility

While we work with reliable courier partners, BK SHOP BD is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier or logistics provider

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers

  • Unclaimed or refused deliveries

However, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.


10. International Delivery

Currently, we do not offer international delivery.
